An hour of play, power, and presence, yogahour is an expertly-taught alignment-based Hatha yoga class that's ideal for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to experienced students without major injuries. We'll practice all categories of poses with a balance of strengthening and stretching. Variations will be given for each pose to help each practitioner meet themselves where they are.

Just like it sounds…the basics of yoga. Class will focus on breathing and alignment of postures often seen in classes. We are working to create a solid foundation during our time together in this class. Think of this class as the building blocks to supplement other classes. The use of props such as blocks, blankets, and straps may be utilized. Great for beginners and those who want a refresher and/or to work on their alignment.

This class is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to refine practice and explore a broader range of postures and techniques. Building on the foundations, each session encourages a deeper understanding of alignment, breath, and movement while introducing more advanced variations and sequencing. Students will be guided to refine their skills, and cultivate greater body awareness in a supportive, focused environment.

This one-hour class is a space to explore, refine, and deepen your personal relationship with yoga without external direction. The room will be open and held by a teacher, but there will be no guided instruction. Instead, you are free to move, breathe, rest, or meditate according to what you need most that day. The teacher is present for support, questions, or suggestions if you wish, but the experience is self-led.

Family Yoga (ages 2-10) is a joyful way to move, breathe, and connect together. Through simple poses, partner work, and playful activities, families of all ages can share in the benefits of yoga while creating meaningful moments on the mat. This class is about presence, connection, and having fun—no experience required, just come as you are.
This class is charged per participant at a discounted rate. ($13 per person)

In this class, we gently engage the body through mindful movement, bringing awareness to each breath and sensation. The practice starts with slow with intentional motion to awaken the body and shift attention away from the mind's chatter. With an emphasis on presence, we'll use subtle movements to release tension and create space in the body. Over time, this approach helps reduce stress, cultivate calm, and deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Yin Yoga is a quiet yet powerful practice that targets the deeper layers of the body-fascia, joints, and connective tissues. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, often with minimal props, inviting you to settle into stillness and explore sensation beneath the surface. This practice helps increase mobility, improve circulation, and cultivate patience and presence. Yin offers both challenge and release, balancing the busyness of life with time to simply be.
Yin is not a vigorous practice, however, many can find the practice very challenging. Individuals who are tight can find holding the poses for several minutes to be intense. Others who have difficulty with quiet and stillness find this style awkward and demanding. All levels are welcome. During this class the teacher will use crystal and Tibetan singing bowls along with other sound instruments.

Half Led Primary Series is a 60-minute practice that blends structure, breath, and mindful repetition. Move through a fixed sequence of postures, you'll build strength, mobility, and focus while calming the nervous system and cultivating resilience. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a grounding way to deepen your practice and leave feeling centered and renewed.

Move with more ease, balance, and confidence on and off the mat. This class blends mobility and mindful practice to support posture, stability, and the natural ways your body is designed to move. Accessible for all levels.

The Set is a fixed sequence built on the Awakening Yoga Solar Vinyasa practice developed and designed by Carling Harps and Patrick Beach. This is an organized and moving practice that builds on strength, coordination, and measured ability across a balanced array of postures. It is designed to take the guesswork and decision fatigue out of your day, leaving you free to clear your mind, focus on your practice, and drop into the moments. Each class retains the same sequence but with the personal approach of the teacher.

Been thinking about a Yoga Teacher Training? This is your year! Join us for a little movement, Q and A, Snacks and friends. January 31st at 11:30AM at hOMe Yoga.

This class provides a space for students (ages 11-14) to improve strength and balance, build confidence and compile tools to aide them in emotional regulation. We will practice postures and mindfulness through movement, games, and conversation.

Sequencing is an essential skill because it provides the structure for the experience that practitioners have in a yoga class. A great entry to thinking mindfully about sequencing is the word vinyasa itself. Vinyasa comes from the Sanskrit words “nyasa” which means “to place” and “vi” which means “in a special way.”
Shea Radcliff is a 500 RYT with a specialization in teaching technique based classes for all levels, and the way she has learned sequencing from her teacher and mentor Jason Crandell has changed the way she approaches teaching as a whole.
Join us for a workshop focused on sequencing with a structured “map” to foster more creativity and freedom in your yoga classes. Be able to adapt for all students and bodies by simplifying the way we teach. The 2-hours will include movement, informational content, ideas for future sequencing, and an opportunity to work with fellow teachers.
We will learn how to structure an entire class for focused creativity. Structure doesn’t take away freedom, it expands it!
Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit will be available for all Yoga Alliance registered teachers. Students are welcome, but the class will focus on sequencing from the lens of a teacher.

Experience the profound restorative power of Yoga Nidra, often called "dynamic sleep." This hour-long workshop invites you to move beyond ordinary relaxation and enter the sacred space between consciousness and unconsciousness. Unlike traditional yoga, there are no physical poses; you will simply lie in a comfortable, supported position while being guided through a deep meditative journey.
By systematically rotating your awareness, you allow the body to rest deeply while the mind remains gently awake. This practice helps bridge the gap to your subconscious, releasing physical tension and mental clutter at their roots. It is a unique state of being that offers "true relaxation," leaving you feeling more refreshed than a typical night’s sleep.
This session is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level, and is especially beneficial for those navigating high stress or exhaustion. We recommend wearing warm, cozy layers to stay comfortable as your body temperature naturally drops during the stillness. Come prepared to hit the "reset" button on your nervous system and emerge feeling profoundly grounded.

You are warmly invited to a special Sound Bath experience designed to bring you into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.
Join us for an immersive journey as we bathe in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments, supporting your body's natural ability to find balance and peace. It's a perfect opportunity to de-stress, quiet the mind, and connect with your inner self.
Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and anything that makes you feel cozy and supported.
This is your permission to simply be.
