Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga combines physical postures (asanas), mindful breathing (pranayama), and moments of meditation to settle the mind and align the body. Considered the foundation of modern yoga asana, it’s accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. In this practice, poses are held for several breaths, encouraging strength, stability, and flexibility while fostering a calm, centered awareness.
