Restorative

In this class, we gently engage the body through mindful movement, bringing awareness to each breath and sensation. The practice starts with slow with intentional motion to awaken the body and shift attention away from the mind's chatter. With an emphasis on presence, we'll use subtle movements to release tension and create space in the body. Over time, this approach helps reduce stress, cultivate calm, and deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
