Flow

Flow is a mindful, breath-led vinyasa class designed for students ready to deepen their practice. Expect intentional pacing, thoughtful sequences, and opportunities to explore more challenging shapes and transitions with awareness and support. This class blends steady flow with moments of technique, allowing you to build strength, confidence, and refinement in your movement. You’ll leave feeling grounded, focused, and inspired in your practice.

This class follows the same flow for the entire month, giving students the opportunity to return week after week, notice subtle shifts, and experience their progression firsthand.
