A yoga studio is more than four walls and a schedule of classes. It is the people who show up, share their gifts, and hold space for others to grow. Our teachers are the heart and soul, the heartbeat of hOMe Yoga. They bring wisdom, humor, compassion, and care to every class they lead.
Our teachers create spaces where practice becomes connection, learning becomes growth, and strangers become community. Through their dedication, kindness, and passion, they shape the experience of every student who walks through our doors and helps transform a yoga practice into something much bigger: a place to belong.
Ashley is a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga first and foremost. This fuels her passion for teaching. Her practice began in 2011 at a carpeted heated studio in St. Louis, MO. Ashley completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2016 with BlueBird and Southtown Yoga in St. Louis, MO where she was born, raised and currently resides and her 300-hour training in 2020 with Yoga Oasis in Tucson, AZ. She teaches classes, workshops, and teacher trainings both locally and nationally with a heavy emphasis on accessibility. Ashley studies and works closely with her teacher Darren Rhodes, founder of yogahour®.
Her gusto for these practices (and life in general) is undeniable, and you’ll see that in her offerings. Ashley's mission is to get these practices off the mat (or cushion) and into the world. There's something really profound that happens when a person can bring their practice into their day-to-day lives.

Josh Holder
Josh brings over 13 years of yoga practice to his teaching, offering a grounded and accessible approach rooted in classic Hatha yoga. With certifications from both Blue Bird Yoga (200-hour Hatha training) and YogaHour (200-hour training), Josh's classes combine clear structure with a steady focus on breath, helping students build awareness from the inside out.
His classes strike a thoughtful balance. Serious in intent, but never heavy. Expect a calm yet engaging experience that gently challenges the body through foundational postures, while inviting the mind to settle. Long, quiet final resting poses are a hallmark of Josh’s classes, leaving students with a deep sense of stillness and renewal.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the basics, Josh offers a space to breathe, move, and reconnect. One posture at a time.

Lexi Stewart
Lexi is a lifelong student of yoga, rooted in the Midwest. With a background in Psychology, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior and the mind–body connection into her teaching and her approach to modern life.

Emma Crackel
Emma has been a yoga practitioner since high school. Between YouTube videos and the occasional class drop ins, she fell in love with the way yoga calmed her mind and supported her aerial silks training. She found yoga again after having her son in early-2023. Shortly after finding the community, her son Jude was diagnosed with leukemia. From that point, yoga became her escape and main source of self-care.
Emma’s goal in teaching specifically kids yoga is to combine her knowledge from her elementary and special education degree and her 200-hourteacher training to help kids and their families connect and learn tools together to handle the chaos that life can throw at you.

Kalista Dunlap
Kalista’s yoga journey began just after high school, when she first stepped onto the mat and felt something shift. What started as curiosity grew into a steady love for the practice, leading her to complete her 200-Hour Teacher Training in 2022 and her 300-Hour certification in 2025.
Walking the path as both student and guide, Kalista shares yoga as a practice of authenticity and self-expression. She embraces the raw and real—inviting students to meet themselves fully, exactly as they are.
Her classes weave strength, breath, and stillness, creating space for transformation both on and off the mat. For Kalista, yoga is less about becoming someone new, and more about remembering who you already are.

Jamie Jobe
Jamie has always known that teaching is a passion. From her childhood aspirations of being a kindergarten teacher to being a teaching assistant at the college level during graduate school to her current 13 years teaching Biomedical Science at the high school level to 5 years as a yoga teacher, she has seen and experienced a lot! And through it all, she is forever grateful for the opportunity that being a teacher allows; her true passion: being a lifelong student and learner.
The practice of yoga is so much more than the physical postures. It is a lifestyle and a lifelong journey of learning. Jamie brings her knowledge and expertise to each class offering while holding a supportive place for curiosity, exploration, reflection, and connection. Jamie is currently completing her 300-houradvanced teacher training. She is excited to continue to learn, grow, and share with this community.

Jess Gannon
I became a certified Yoga For First Responders® instructor in 2018 and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019. While I specialize in teaching first responders, I also deeply love the studio experience and the sense of connection it brings. I love teaching yoga just as much as I love taking classes myself. My approach focuses on building strength alongside softness, helping students feel empowered, supported, and more at home in their bodies.

Kathy Withrow
Kathy (she/her) RYT-200, MBA is a yoga teacher dedicated to helping individuals discover strength and calm both on and off the mat. Her teaching style is welcoming and accessible, encouraging students to explore their practice with curiosity.
At the heart of Kathy's approach is the belief that self-love and self-empowerment come from developing a deep awareness of your own body. Her classes create space for students to reconnect with themselves and discover their own autonomy - no experience necessary.
When she's not teaching, Kathy can be found cooking, perfecting her latte craft, playing video games with her partner, and snuggling her two kitties.
