Mindful Breathing for Stress Relief + Sound

In this class you can expect to practice focusing on your breath to bring awareness to the present moment to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Props are available if you prefer sitting on the floor. Participants are also able to sit in a chair, as a comfortable body is important so that the mind isn’t distracted. This class incorporates various sound instruments to help keep the mind focused.
