Master the Nervous System, Master Your Life is a deep dive into how your nervous system shapes the way you think, feel, and move through the world.

In this workshop, you’ll explore Polyvagal Theory, movement, and breathwork. Most importantly, you’ll walk away with practical, real-life tools to shift your state when it matters most.

What makes this class different is that it’s not just information, it’s integration. You’ll learn clear protocols and strategies you can use in everyday life to regulate stress, build resilience, and take back control of your internal world.

This offering is the culmination of Tim’s lived and professional experience; from time in combat, to teaching kids, to cage fighting, to years of yoga study and practice. It’s where science, embodiment, and real-world application come together.
